Do you offer annual plans?
Yes, you are eligible for a 20% discount if you pay for a year upfront (optional).
Do you have a setup cost?
Absolutely not. All plans are month to month with no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime.
Which features are in the free trial?
The Core plan (see pricing table).
How are users defined and billed for?
A user is a single, unique person you have recorded in your account. You are invoiced for the number of users in your account. You can add/remove users at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe to process all payment methods. For annual, Custom plans, we will accept wire transfers.
Anything special for non-profits?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for non-profits. Contact us with proof of non-profit status.
